Troubleshooting

KidneyHD says the pedal is in use. Another app has the editing channel, for example a second editor. Quit it, then choose Reconnect (⇧⌘R).

The iPhone or iPad can't reach the Mac. Check, in order:

1. Both devices are on the same network.
2. Settings › Sharing is on and open on the Mac.
3. iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network allows KidneyHD.
4. If the macOS firewall is on, System Settings › Network › Firewall allows KidneyHD Edit.

No sound from the Mac through the pedal. USB audio needs KidneyHD Audio. Check that the POD HD is the output in System Settings › Sound, and that its volume isn't down. On models with L6 LINK, the pedal mutes all USB audio while an L6 LINK connection to a DT amp is active.
